New-To-Me Kitchen

Here's a couple of pictures of what my new kitchen looks like. Keep in mind...the top cupboard doors are open, because I did some touch-ups..and the bottom cupboard doors are off because they are still being painted. Yay!

Oh...and the backsplash still needs grout, but it looks a-mazing!!

(The bottom picture should be rotated...the tile is horizontal, not vertical)

We have also painted the walls (there aren't many) in the kitchen, the living room (in spiced rum, a brown/orange color) and the hallways (cabot trail - a nice brown).

I'm very happy with the results...even though we couldn't remove the baseboards because the previous owner decided to silicone them to the wall. Yay. So we had to tape....have I mentioned how much I dislike painter's tape?? It doesn't work. Oh well...
